Privacy Policy

billie.cash is run by Billie Cash LLC. This covers the site and any texts or emails Billie Cash sends. Kept simple: I ask for a way to reach you, and I don't sell it.

What I collect

What you type in. An email address or phone number if you join the list. Your handle, email and one line if you apply for the Room. No account and no name required unless you choose to give one.
Page analytics. A random visitor ID saved in your browser, the pages and sections you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser type, language, time zone and country. The site does not save your IP address. If your browser sends Do Not Track, none of this is recorded.
The link between the two. If you submit a form, the visitor ID is saved with it, so I can see which pages led to a signup.
Email activity. Emails from Billie Cash record opens and link clicks.
Orders. If you buy from the shop, Stripe collects your payment and shipping details. I never see your full card number.

What it's used for

Sending you what you asked for: a drop, an update, an order, a reply to a message you sent. Analytics tell me which pages get read and which ones lead to a signup. Nothing is sold.

Who handles it

Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and page analytics), Stripe (payments), Printful (prints and ships orders), Resend (email) and Twilio (texts). Each one only gets what it needs to do that job.

Texting & consent

If you give a phone number, you're opting in to receive text messages from Billie Cash. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies, up to 7/wk. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@billie.cash.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or bought by any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

In a cloud database behind normal access controls, kept for as long as you are on the list or until you ask for it to be deleted. It is never sold.

How to be removed

Tap unsubscribe in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email hello@billie.cash and you're off the list. Ask in the same email and everything tied to you is deleted. No form, no hoops.

Age

This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top updates.
